This Digital Marketing course is designed to equip learners with practical skills and real-world knowledge required to perform effectively as Digital Marketing Executives or Marketing Professionals. The program focuses on hands-on training across core digital channels, helping learners understand not only what digital marketing is, but how it is executed in real companies.

Across five comprehensive units, learners gain experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, Advertising Platforms, and Emerging Technologies. Each unit is structured to simulate actual workplace tasks such as planning campaigns, creating content, managing ads, analysing performance, and optimising results.

The course begins with fundamentals of online marketing and customer behavior, then moves into paid advertising, keyword strategy, and SEO implementation. Learners practice building campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing tools. They also work with analytics dashboards to track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROI.

Content creation, blog marketing, influencer outreach, video strategy, and integrated internet marketing communications are covered to ensure learners understand how to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels. Special emphasis is placed on customer journey mapping, remarketing, automation, and personalization to improve lead generation and conversion performance.

Advanced topics include web analytics, online PR, marketing automation, geo-marketing, neuromarketing, and emerging technologies such as AI, chatbots, AR/VR, and blockchain in marketing. Legal and ethical considerations are also introduced to ensure responsible digital practices.
