This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on https://primelearnedu.org, operated by PRIMELEARN EDUCATION SERVICES PVT LTD, Kerala, India.

We request all users to read this policy carefully before purchasing any course.


1. Nature of Services

PrimeLearnEdu.org provides digital educational services, including:

  • Online courses

  • Digital learning materials

  • Quizzes, assessments, and certificates

As these are digital products and services, special refund rules apply.


2. No Refund Policy for Course Purchases

Once a course is successfully purchased and access is provided, NO refund will be issued under normal circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Not using or completing the course

  • Lack of time or interest

  • Personal or professional reasons

  • Internet, device, or browser-related issues

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that course fees are non-refundable.


3. Refunds for Technical Issues (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds will be considered only in genuine technical failure cases, such as:

  • Payment successfully deducted but course access not provided

  • Duplicate payment for the same course

  • Major technical errors from our system that prevent access to the purchased course

⚠️ Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:

  • User device limitations

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Browser incompatibility

  • User error or misuse


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund for an eligible technical issue, users must:

  1. Email us at support@primelearnedu.org

  2. Mention:

    • Registered email ID

    • Course name

    • Payment ID / Transaction ID

    • Clear description of the issue

  3. Submit the request within 7 days of purchase

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.


5. Refund Review & Approval

  • All refund requests are reviewed by our technical and support team

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund request based on investigation

  • Our decision shall be final and binding


6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded via Razorpay

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Course purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is completed

  • Cancellation requests after course access is provided are not eligible for a refund

  • Users are advised to review course details carefully before making a purchase


8. Failed or Incomplete Payments

  • If a payment fails but money is debited, the amount is usually auto-reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days

  • If the amount is not reversed automatically, users may contact us with transaction details for assistance


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Users are requested to contact us directly before raising any chargeback or dispute with the bank or payment gateway

  • Unauthorized or false chargebacks may result in account suspension and access termination


10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
